先天性外中耳畸形的听力重建与义耳种植体同步植入的手术配合

Intraoperative Cooperation for Auditory Rehabilitation and Synchronous Prosthetic Ear Implant among Congenital External-middle Ear Deformity Patients

总结56例先天性外中耳畸形患者行听力重建及义耳种植体同步植入手术的配合要点。认为术前访视加强患者的心理护理,保证手术物品的准备齐全,做好手术部位及取皮部位的清洁备皮;术中巡回护士熟悉手术步骤,为患者摆放舒适、恰当体位,合理摆放仪器,以方便医生操作,为医生提供合适型号的种植体,并及时包扎取皮区的伤口;术中器械护士做好鼓膜成形、外耳道成形、骨整合义耳的配合,确保纯钛钉无任何杂质,严格执行无菌操作是确保手术成功的关键。本组56例(57耳)患者术后均愈合良好,术后1～3个月语频区平均听力提高15～25 dB者13耳,～35 dB 14耳,35 dB以上者21耳;114颗种植体无1颗松动和脱出,固定良好。
