摘要 肝纤维化是肝脏损伤修复的结果 ,是各种慢性肝病发展为肝硬化、肝癌的必经阶段,在肝功能障碍和门静脉高压形成的发生与发展过程中具有重要作用,准确地评估肝纤维化的程度和进展情况对于各种肝病临床诊治至关重要。自从1923年开展以来,经皮肝脏穿刺活检组织检查(以下简称肝穿检查)被普遍地认为是诊断肝脏纤维化的'金标准'[1],
