摘要
"生活世界"是人类所有活动包括科学研究的基础,赋予了人生丰富的意义。教育者在"操劳"中必须以人的生活为立足点和最终归宿,注重知识对于生活的意义;从生活的角度理解"操劳"的价值。从教师生存的空间、时间、实体性、关系性这四个角度来走近教师的"生活世界",可以使教师在"操劳"中更好地追求自身专业发展,创造性地获取幸福生活,达到"操劳"的新境界。
