摘要
目前石膏两步法制取硫酸钾工艺中第二阶段反应的转化率较低。在反应系统中添加有机溶剂可以有效地提高反应转化率,其中以甲醇为添加溶剂较为适宜。以一定质量分数的甲醇溶液为溶剂,研究确定了25℃条件下第二阶段反应系统的相图,旨在指导改进现有生产工艺。
The key question of synthesis of potassium sulfate with gypsum two step method is the low rate of inversion in the second step reaction. The rate of inversion could be increased effectively by adding organic solvent to the system of reaction, in which methyl alcohol was regarded as more appropriate. Thus, the phase diagram of the second step reaction system at 25℃ was investigated by means of certain solution of methyl alcohol as solvent,the purpose was to improve the process which was using.
