外源化学物干扰肝细胞线粒体ATP合成体系机制的研究进展

Research progress in interference of xenobiotics on mitochondrial ATP synthesis system in hepatocytes

细胞合成ATP的氧化体系包括线粒体呼吸电子传递链以及氧化磷酸化过程,其主要生理功能是生成维持正常生命活动所必需的能量物质ATP。本文通过总结外源化学物影响ATP合成体系的作用机制,建立外源化学物干扰线粒体能量代谢功能的肝细胞实验研究模型,以期预防外源化学物急慢性危害的有效生物学干预措施等方面对外源化学物干扰肝细胞线粒体ATP合成体系的研究进展进行了综述。

The ATP synthesis system includes the mitochondrial respiratory electron-transport chain and the process of oxidative phosphorylation.Its main physiological function is to generate ATP which can maintain normal life activities of hepatocytes.In this paper,the mechanisms of xenobiotics interference with the mitochondrial ATP synthesis system in hepatocytes were reviewed.By studying the mechanisms,the experimental model of xenobiotic interference with mitochondrial energy metabolism function can be establishe...
