甘肃省城市土地集约利用对比研究

Comparative study on urban-land intensive use in 12 cities of Gansu Province

为综合评价甘肃省城市土地集约利用状况,构建了一套城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用多元统计分析中的主成分分析法,借助SPSS软件,对甘肃省域内12个地级市土地集约利用水平进行对比分析。研究结果表明:①甘肃省城市土地集约利用总体水平偏低;②甘肃省城市土地集约利用水平地区差异显著,其主要原因是城市自身发展条件的差异和城市发展的动力因素的不同;③通过与地均GDP的相关分析,发现甘肃省城市土地集约利用与经济发展水平呈正相关。
