面对当前全球证券市场发展前景,我们应当以国内外成熟经纪人制度为典范,寻求适合我国证券市场特点的经纪制度模式。我国金融市场处于落后水平,要发展经纪人必须提高经纪人的专业素质、降低职业道德风险,以此为切入点,通过对我国××证券公司经纪人队伍建设的研究,提出我国证券经纪人制度创新的模式设想,以期早日打开证券经纪人产业的大门。
