Study on benefit allocation method of knowledge work team based on asymmetric Nash negotiation model

知识工作团队的利益分配是一个谈判协商过程,将不对称Nash协商模型引入知识工作团队的利益分配问题,依据知识工作团队的利益分配原则提出了一个合理的利益分配方案,并通过一个应用实例说明了方案的有效性。

The benefit allocation of knowledge work team is a process of negotiation,so this paper puts forward the asymmetric Nash negotiation model to allocate the benefit of knowledge work team.And then,a reasonable decision on benefit allocation of knowledge work team is given by considering the characteristics of benefit allocation of knowledge work team.The validity of the decision is also shown by an example.
