摘要
企业管理是一门实践性和综合性极强的课程,引入情境模拟教学方式既能激发学生学习的情感和情绪,又能提高学生分析并解决企业管理实际问题的能力。探讨情境模拟在《企业管理》理论教学设计中的应用。创建教学基本情景,运用多种情景教学方法,教学实施过程设计。
As Enterprise Management is a highly practical and comprehensive course,using situation simulation methods to design the teaching procedure can not only stimulate students in emotion and mood,but also improve their capabilities of analyzing and solving practical problems.This article studies the instruction design based on the situation simulation teaching method in the Enterprise Management course.It establishes basic teaching situation,adopts various situation teaching methods and teaching process design.
