运动对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清酶活性和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Aerobic Exercise and the Supplement of Soy Polypeptide on the Free Radical Metabolize and Ultrastructure of High-fat-diet Rats.

摘要 目的:本实验研究有氧运动对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清酶活性和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠34只,随机分为C组、HF组、HE组3组。检测大鼠血清AST、ALT、LDH活性以及肝脏SOD和MDA含量。结果:与C组相比,HF组大鼠血清AST、LDH活性显著增高,血清ALT有上升的趋势,但不明显;肝内MDA含量显著上升,肝内SOD活力显著下降。与HF组相比,HE组大鼠血清AST、ALT和LDH活性显著下降;同时,肝组织MDA水平均显著下降,SOD活力显著上升。结论:研究结果提示,有氧运动能够显著降低非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清酶的活性并且能够显著加快高脂饮食大鼠肝组织自由基的清除。 Objective:To explore the effects of aerobic exercise and the supplement of soy polypeptide on the free radical metabolize and ultrastructure of high-fat-diet rats.Methods:60 SD rats were divided randomly into five groups: C group,HF group,HE group,HS group,HSE group.The activity of AST.ALT and LDH in serum and the contents of MDA and SOD in the liver were detected at the end of experiment while the morphological changes of the liver tissues were observed under transmission electron microscope.Results:Compared with C group,The activity of AST and LDH in serum of HF group increased significantly,the activity of AST in serum trend upwards but not obviously.The concentration of MDA increased dramatically.The SOD activity in the liver decreased significantly.Compared with HF group,the activity of AST,ALT and LDH in serum of HE group,HS group and HES group decreased significantly.The concentration of MDA decreased dramatically.The SOD activity in the liver increased significantly.Conclusions:The research results indicated,both aerobic exercise and the supplement of SPI could promote the clearance of free radicals and improve the ultra-structure damages of high-fat-diet rats.Through the double factor variance analysis,exercise and the supplement of SPI displayed significant interaction in increasing the SOD activity and lowering the concentration of AST and LDH in serum and MDA in high fat diets rats'liver.
