关于山西省焦化企业未来发展的思考

Ideas about Future Development of Shanxi Coking Enterprises

简述了我国焦化产业的特点,分析了山西省焦化产业存在的问题:产能严重过剩、产业集中度低、产业结构不合理、产业技术水平低、资源综合利用水平低、环境污染问题严重等;提出了山西省焦化产业未来发展的方向:严格控制焦炭总产量,大力推进企业重组,提高产业集中度,构建煤焦铁产业链条,发展循环经济,大力推进企业的科学管理。

The features about China′s coking industry were summarized and the problems that exist in the coking in-dustry of Shanxi Province were analyzed.Those existing problems are as follows: badly excessive in production capacity,not centralized in location,industrial structure is not rational,the level of comprehensive utilization of resources is rather low,environmental pollution is serious,etc.The future development orientation of Shanxi coking industry was pointed out: the gross coke output of Shanxi Province should be strictly controlled,restructure of coking enterprises should be promoted in a big way to make the location of Shanxi coking industry centralized,the planning should be done seriously and the dis-tribution of the industry should be rational.No effort should be spared to build a combined industrial chain of coal,coke and iron,and to develop circular economy and strengthen scientific management.
