摘要
煤气的高温脱硫是洁净煤技术研究和开发的关键技术之一。综述了近年来高温煤气脱硫动力学方面的研究进展,比较分析了目前研究较多的未反应收缩核模型、粒子反应模型和等效粒子模型等动力学模型,认为等效粒子模型综合了未反应收缩核模型和粒子反应模型的优点,能够较好地模拟金属基高温煤气脱硫剂在高温脱硫过程中的动力学行为。详细总结了动力学模型在高温煤气脱硫中的应用。
Research on high temperature desulphurization of hot coal gases is crucial to the development of clean coal technologies.This paper provides an overview of the current status and progress of studies on kinetics of the removal of sulfur species from hot coal gas using metal-oxides sorbents at high temperatures.Among different kinetics models cur-rently used by different researchers,the ‘equivalent grain model’ and ‘unreacted shrinking core model’ are regarded to be the ideal kinetics models to describe the kinetics of reactions between H2S and metal oxides sorbents at high tempera-tures,because the ‘equivalent grain model’ integrated all the excellence of ‘unreacted shrinking core model’ and ‘grain reaction model’.
