Revamping Summary on the Chilling Chamber of the New Opposite-positioned Multi-nozzle Gasifier

介绍了新型多喷嘴对置式气化炉激冷室工艺流程以及在工艺、设备内部结构上的优点,同时结合国泰公司四喷嘴气化炉激冷室运行情况,总结了静态破渣器、鼓泡床、托砖盘法兰及冲洗水、合成气出口挡板等内部件改造及应用情况,经过改造后,提高了气化炉激冷室运行周期,达到了集渣畅通、破泡条运行周期长、锅底温度可控等良好效果。

Introduced in the paper are the process features of the chilling chamber of the new opposite-positioned multi-nozzle gasifier and the advantages in its internal structure.Additionally,the revamping and application of such in-ternals as the static slag breaker,bubbling bed,brick supporting tray flange and its flushing water,baffle at the syngas outlet,etc.were summarized in connection with the operation of the chilling chamber of the 4-nozzle gasifier of the Guotai Corporation.After revamping,the operation cycle of the chilling chamber has been extended,the slag is smooth in its movement,the bubble breaking strip is long in its service life and the bottom temperature can be properly controlled.
