摘要
对SR/NBR并用橡胶粘结磁体的热稳定性进行了研究。结果显示,粘结剂质量比在20:80<mSR:mNBR<50:50范围内的SR/NBR并用橡胶柔性粘结磁体在高温(超过120℃)时,其磁性能和物理机械性能具有较好的热稳定性,从而突破了现今柔性粘结磁体不适用于高温工作环境的瓶颈。
The thermal stability of the flexible rubber magnet is investigated.The results show that the thermal stability of the magnet and mechanical performances flexible rubber are very good when it is higher 120℃ with the quality ratio(mSR:mNBR) range of 20:80 to 50:50.It makes the flexible rubber magnet apply to high temperature working environment.
