摘要
作为我国民办高等教育重要组成部分的独立学院,从最初试办至今已有十多年历史。独立学院未来发展面临着新的机遇和挑战。本文通过对独立学院学生生源"三高一低"特点的分析,探析相对应的学生工作对策,以期给独立学院学生管理工作者以一定的参考。
As an important component of China s Private Higher Education in the independent colleges,from the initial pilot has been 10 years of history.Independent Colleges facing the future development of new opportunities and challenges.Based on the Independent College Students "three high and one low" characteristics of the analysis of the corresponding student work strategies in order to manage workers to independent college students to some reference.
