摘要
信息时代,互联网已成为公众舆论表达的重要渠道。正确对待互联网上公众通过个人博客、BBS和论坛等载体表达出来的态度、情感和观点倾向,对于政府及时掌握社情民意具有十分重要的意义。本文对网络舆情现状进行理论分析,并就如何提高舆情预警和应急能力建设进行对策探析。
In the informational times,internet has become an important channel of consensus expression.Analyzing the opinions expressed by the public in Web logs,forum,and BBS is very important for policy-makers.This paper tries to theoretically comb the issue,then puts forward some suggestions to improve the early-warning and emergency capability.
