我国高校教育的治安行政管理警察化研究

随着我国市场经济的不断发展和社会的进步,衍生出许多社会的中介组织来替代原是警察的部分职责,这种趋势是经济发展的必然,也是我国向民主法制社会迈进的趋势。本文立足高校教育,针对我国治安行政管理方面出现警察化的现象进行一些探讨,就治安行政警察化的可行性以及思路和对策进行研究。
