高职院校学生实现“无缝隙”就业途径分析

Brief analysis on how to find "seamless employment" approaches for vocational college students

以就业为导向培养技能型人才的高职教育,因发展快速导致就业形势日趋严峻。本文从高职教育的办学特征出发,提出"无缝隙"就业理念,探讨"无缝隙"就业的特征和实现途径,使学业与就业有机结合,建立预先就业通道,实现就业目标。
