大学生就业难问题日益突出,高校虽然加强了就业指导工作,但由于大学生法律意识缺失、法律知识匮乏、高校就业法律指导不到位,大学生就业前后发生争议、侵权甚至违法事件,高校构建就业法律指导服务体系已迫在眉睫。
