培训工作的好坏是影响企业发展的重要因素。本文从制约培训质量的因素、提高培训质量的对策等几方面对提高培训质量进行了探讨。
The quality of training work influences the development of enterprise. The paper discusses how to improve the quality of training from several aspects such as the restrictive factors for the training quality and some countermeasures.
