猪源大肠杆菌耐氟苯尼考基因的检测及序列分析 被引量:5

摘要 本研究对从保定及其周边地区分离的14株猪源大肠杆菌进行了氟苯尼考耐药性测定,并对氟苯尼考耐药基因flor进行了克隆与测序,构建了具有氟苯尼考抗性的基因工程菌R-JMl09。结果表明,14株猪源大肠杆菌中有8株对氟苯尼考耐药,其MIC均大于128 mg/L,克隆的flor基因与GenBank已报道的flor基因序列只存在3个氨基酸替代(147 V→M,228 F→Y,367 G→D)。转入抗性质粒的基因工程菌R-JM l09对氟苯尼考产生耐药。
