细菌密度感应信号AI-2及其与生物被膜形成的关系 被引量:1

摘要 密度感应(quorum sensing,QS)是广泛存在于革兰阴性菌和革兰阳性菌的一种密度依赖的基因表达调控机制。自体诱导物(AI-2)通过信号分子的浓度变化直接或间接调控细菌目的基因的表达,细菌毒力因子的调控、生物膜结构的稳定、细菌的抗药性、生物发光效应等都受其影响,本文主要阐述了AI-2的作用机理及其与生物被膜形成的关系。
