Mainly introduced the principle and making process of 0/π phase modulator for Ku band.The 0/π phase modulator is made based on switch line design method.Gives the design method,simulation step,facture flow and test measurement method of this scheme in detail.Put up the modeling,simulation and optimization of switch line phase modulation circuit by ADS simulation software,and gives simulation result,practice circuit and test result.
