单身群体心理健康与人格特质的调查研究

The Research on the Relationship of Personality Traits and Mental Health in Single Group

研究拟对单身群体人格特质和心理健康水平进行调查,探讨人格特质因素对单身群体心理健康的影响。使用EPQ-RSC和SCL-90对西安20岁以上女性、22岁以上男性单身个体进行调查。结果显示单身群体SCL-90各因子得分显著高于常模水平;但男、女之间没有显著差异。在人格特质方面,男性N量表得分显著高于常模;女性在N、E、P三个分量表上得分均显著高于全国常模;单身男女在N、E、P三个分量表上不存在显著差异。P、N量表与SCL-90各个因子呈显著正相关;E、L量表与SCL-90各个因子呈显著负相关。四种典型性格倾向类型在心理健康总分上的差异是极其显著的。由此我们可以得出如下结论:单身群体心理健康水平较低,人格特征与心理健康有显著的相关性,不同性格倾向的单身者的心理健康水平差异显著。
