随着终身教育思潮的推动,作为其重要组成部分的教师继续教育的可持续发展问题已迫在眉睫。为了促进教师教育创新平台建设,探讨终身教育下我国尤其是西部桥头堡的西安地区教师继续教育可持续发展问题显得尤为重要。本文在分析终身教育和可持续发展内涵的基础上提出教师继续教育应更新观念,注重教学内容的先进性、针对性、实用性以及教学方法的新颖法,并能切合学员的实际需要,使接受继续教育的教师在学智、人格等方面得到完善与发展。
