摘要
藏族史诗《格萨尔王传》具有典型的口传文化特征,它以口头说唱为主要流传方式,文字文本的产生并未改变其口传性质,史诗的情节内容也遵循口传文化的思维模式。《格萨尔王传》的诸种口传特征与藏族史籍中关于藏文创制的叙事体现出口传与书写两种不同的文化向度,而认识到口传文化的意义将有助于破除将文字视为区分文明与蒙昧之标志的想像和偏见,开启对人类文化多维发展的重新思考。
