奥运期间交通警察工作压力分析

An Analysis of Traffic Police Officers' Working Pressure during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games

对奥运安保期间交通警察工作压力进行分析研究发现,从警时间对工作压力的影响呈正向关系,从警时间越长,压力反应越大;职务对工作压力的影响方面,警长压力反应最大。交通警察的主要压力来源是工作经常加班和工作危险两个方面。科学用警,安排好警察的工作时间是现在急需解决的问题,以保障现有交通警力的可持续发展。工作危险之大,已造成警察的不良心理反应和生理反应,进一步保护好警察的安全,从政策和设备方面加强安全防护迫在眉睫。

This study is to analyze the working pressure of first-line traffic police officers during the period of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.Working pressure has significant difference based on the demographic variables.
