设计和实现了利用PLC、MHI与变频器组态控制使得制刷自动化。步进控制编程简化了PLC控制程序,并用主控指令和条件指令解决了暂停后恢复控制的程序设计问题。

Using the technology of PLC,HMI and invert,which is finished Configuration Control,so that is auto for brushing machine,Method of stepping sequence is simple for the control program.The design are solved that is stopped control and restored control on the instructions mastor and instructions conjection.
