浅谈高职院校青年教师素质的提升

在当前国家对高职教育提出深化改革、促进发展的背景下,高职院校的青年教师在学校建设、人才培养、就业指导等方面起到举足轻重的作用。大力提升高职青年教师的综合素质对提高办学水平、培养高技能型人才显得尤为重要。该文从职业道德素质、知识、能力素质和心理素质等方面,分析当前高职青年教师存在的优势和不足,提出素质提升的方法。

Under the background of deepening reform and promoting development of vocational colleges advocated by the country,the young teachers play a significant role in many aspects as college construction,personnel training and employment guidance.Therefore,greatly enhancing the quality of young teachers tends to be especially essential.The paper analyzes the existing problems and the ways to upgrade the quality from such aspects as the quality of professional ethics,knowledge,capability and psychology.
