摘要
文章在对虚假广告进行合理界定的基础上,分析了我国虚假广告泛滥的成因,并对虚假广告如何进行法律规制进行了初步探索。
On the base of rational definition of the false advertisement,the writer analyzes the cause of the inundant false advertisement in our country,and probe into how to deal with false advertisement by legal rules and regulations.
