摘要
C60泵送混凝土配合比设计,在优选原材料的前提下,提出仍采用鲍罗米强度理论进行,并结合实践资料进行水灰比修正调整。依靠掺入高效减水剂与磨细掺合料的流动特性与强度特性较好地解决了低水灰比与大流动性的矛盾,最终获得既高强又大流动性的C60泵送混凝土。设计过程与结论验证了该法的可行性。
To design the mix of C60 pumping concrete,this paper still adopts Baoluomi strength theory under the precondition of the optimal selection of raw materials,afterward amends and adjusts w/c in light of practice.Relying on the high fluidity feature and strength feature of the effect decrease water aqua and sophisticate material,the problemof lowc/wand high fluidityofconcrete is solved.The C60 pumpingconcrete with high fluidity and high strength is obtained at last.The process and conclusion of design verify t...
