摘要
以常见中草药南五味子的提取液为溶质探针,考察姜黄素键合硅胶固定相(CCSP)对较复杂的实际样品的色谱分离能力,并通过电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)对分离出来的主要成分进行初步鉴定.研究结果表明:与ODS相比,由于南五味子的活性成分与姜黄素配体结构具有一定的相似性;具有多种作用位点和可形成协同作用的CCSP,能在较简单的条件下、短时间内同时分离出多种有效成分,并由ESI-MS初步鉴定出五味子素等6种主要成分.
Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et wils.fruits is one of the common Chinese herbal medicines.In this thesis,its extracts were employed as solute probes so as to study the chromatograpic sparation ability of curcumin bonded silica gel stationary phase(ccsp) for real samples, which are quite complex.At the same time,a primary identification for some main components was carried out by ESI-MS.The result showed that,comparing with ODS,CCSP exhibited more sites and synergistic action,due to the similar structures be...
