摘要
该文首先介绍了基于视频的喷头墨滴检测系统的组成,通过CCD摄像头来完成高速运动墨滴的实时采集。通过对LED的曝光电流以及曝光时间的自动调整,使得采集到的各帧图像在不同频率下的亮度达到基本一致。在此基础上,提出一种基于背景减除的运动墨滴检测方法,能使检测的结果受干扰性小,检测更准确。系统实现了在变频条件下对单个喷孔的速度检测,实验结果表明,得到的速度与频率参数曲线能够充分且准确地反应各喷孔的工作状况。
