创造性是内在"人性"与外在"人力"的对立统一,是精神性的超越自我和物质性的超越自然的统一;全面培养和提高成人的创造性既是社会发展的时代要求,也是个体发展的迫切需要。当前的成人教育实践中存在着对成人创造性教学的漠视、"人力化"偏差和"知性化"倾向;成人创造性教学需要课程体系,教学方式,教学评价,师资建设等各方面的支撑。
