摘要
以目前我国外墙外保温砂浆不同标准为依据,根据现行标准试件养护条件的不同,对试件进行养护,测试试件的性能指标。通过测试,对同一材料采用现行有效的不同标准,对材料同一性能进行判断,试件在测试过程中,由于养护条件的差异性,导致测试试件的测试数值变化较大。建议砂浆行业,对于同类标准,对材料性能影响较大的测试细节进行统一,以便该类产品用不同标准对同一产品性能进行测试时,测试数据具有重现性和可比性。
Based on several standards of EIFS,samples were stored on different curing conditions separately. After reaching the curing time specifi ed in corresponding standard,properties of samples were tested. Testing results showed that,for the same mortar,values of same property were varied widely when samples were cured and tested according to different standards.
