摘要
为了降低白色母粒的成本,开发了多元素钛白颜料AY-726W,研究了AY-726W应用于白色母粒中及其对白色母料性能的影响。结果表明AY-726W可以替代金红石型TiO2颜料15%~30%,在着色力基本不变的情况下,拉伸断裂伸长率和缺口冲击韧性得到改善,表面性能(光泽度、制品白度)和老化性能也有所提高。
In order to reduce the cost of white masterbatch,a multi-element titanium pigment AY-726W was developed. Application of AY-726W to white masterbatch and its effects on performance of white masterbatch were studied. Testing results showed that AY-726W could replace rutile TiO2 pigment by 15%~30%,tensile elongation at fracture,notched impact toughness,surface properties(gloss,product whiteness ) and ageing property were improved with shading power remaining basically unchanged.
