摘要
采用正交法研究了水玻璃波美度、水玻璃掺量和胶凝剂(盐酸、草酸和硫酸)掺量对酸性水玻璃灌浆材料凝胶时间的影响,并对浆液pH值和凝胶时间的关系进行回归分析。结果表明:水玻璃波美度和浆液pH值是影响凝胶时间的主要因素,浆液pH值和凝胶时间满足对数关系。
Effects of Baume degrees of water glass,addition of water glass and addition of gelatinizing agent(hydrochloric acid,oxalic acid and sulphric acid) on gelation time of acidic water glass grouting materials were researched by orthogonal experiments.
