摘要
社区的本质属性决定了社区教育的趋向应该是一种自我组织的教育方式。以自组织为视角,通过对厦、漳、泉三个明星社区为样本的深入调研发现,当前社区教育属于自组织型、他组织型及混合型,分别呈现出不同的教育绩效以及不同的问题。在中国发展社区教育,必须以自组织能力建设为依托,培养自我教育、自我学习的社区教育机制。
