摘要
型钢混凝土梁式转换作为一种新的转换形式,具有良好的抗剪承载力和抗震性能,近年来越来越多地应用于工程实践中。江苏省苏州市张家港杨舍镇人民政府办公楼总层数22层,在3层处设置了转换结构,采用了梁式转换的形式,转换梁上托18个标准层及屋面荷载。从工程实际应用实例着手,根据转换层的功能特点和要求,从转换层结构布置、整体计算分析、局部受力分析、梁柱连接节点设计的角度出发,较为详细地介绍了型钢混凝土梁式结构转换层的设计思路及方法,提出了值得注意的关键问题及解决问题的措施。
