Retrospection and Evaluation of Macro Management System Reform in Chinese Higher Education

我国高等教育宏观管理体制30年来在不断改革的过程中发生了巨大变化,国家通过多次政策调整,打破了条块分割、重复办学的局面,基本上完成了高等教育宏观管理体制的改革,形成了中央和地方政府两级管理、分工负责,在国家政策指导下以省级政府统筹为主的新体制。

Though policy adjustment nearly for 30 years,macro management system in higher education of China,which has experienced great changes in the process of continuous reform,breaks up obstacles between school running individually by state government and provincial or local government.As a result,we have basically finished the reform and formed a new macro management system.
