高职电子商务专业“三维一体,工学结合”人才培养体系的构建

以"工学结合"为核心,从人才培养主体、人才培养平台和人才培养手段三个层面进行整合创新,构建了"三维一体,工学结合"的人才培养体系。在此体系中,通过创建"实习实训、创新创业、实践就业"的实践教学平台,以及对与之相匹配的"定型、打磨、精炼"实践教学体系的实证研究,建立了电子商务职业人才培养的长效机制。
