摘要
从指导跨学科研究生进行SWOT分析,构建适合的课程体系,实行多学科多导师联合培养制以及更新教学方式等方面入手,对跨学科研究生培养机制的构建进行了探索。
Through guiding interdisciplinary graduates to conduct SWOT analysis,constructing proper curriculum system,implementing joint-training involving multi-discipline and multi-supervisor,and modifying teaching methods,this paper explores the mechanism construction of interdisciplinary graduate training.
