黄岛口岸船员慢性病发病情况调查

Investigation on Chronic Diseasas of Crews at Huangdao Port

目的了解船员慢性病发生现状,为制定相应的防治对策提供依据。方法按照健康体检表的内容对335名船员检查内科、普外科、骨科、眼科、耳鼻喉科等疾病,然后分类整理分析有关资料。结果船员慢性病患病率为33.73%,病种多达16种。其中高血压、高脂血症、高胆固醇血症、高尿酸血症、冠心病、脂肪肝、糖尿病、胆囊炎等慢性病是危害船员健康的主要疾病。结论应加强健康教育,加强三级预防及医疗保健措施,定期有系统的进行健康查体,以早发现、早诊断、早治疗,保障船员的健康。
