摘要
建立了离子色谱法快速测定肉制品中阴离子含量的分析方法.肉制品经固相萃取柱(SPE)富集、净化后,在阴离子分析柱上,以1.92 mmol/LNa2CO3+1.8 mmol/LNaHCO3为淋洗液,流量为1.5 mL/min,在15 min内1次进样同时测定了6种阴离子.方法对所测无机阴离子检出限在1.5~8.3μg/L之间,样品加标回收率在92.7%~114.8%之间,RSD均小于5.0%.该方法快速、灵敏、准确,可用于肉制品中6种阴离子的同时测定.
A method for the simultaneous determination of inorganic anions rapidly was developed by ion chromatography(IC).The sample of meat products was enriched and purified by solid-phase extraction(SPE).The IC separation was carried out with anions analytical column using 1.92 mmol /L Na2CO3+1.8 mmol /L NaHCO3 as the mobile phase at a constant flow rate of 1.5 mL /min,and then 6 anions could be determined in one injection within 15min.Detection for analytes was limited from 1.5 ~ 8.3 μg/L.The recoveries of additi...
