摘要
该实验研究了不同浓度的锰对小麦根系形态指标和生理指标的影响.结果表明,不同浓度的锰对小麦根系均有一定的作用.浓度为1.5 mg.L-1的锰处理时对小麦根系的影响最显著,小麦的根长、鲜重和干重分别比对照增加了15.30%、29.10%和30.46%,根系活力、SOD和POD活性也分别比对照增加了33.99%、19.88%和36.14%.
In this experiment,some morphological and physiological characters of wheat root were studied after the treatment with different concentrations of manganese.The results showed that all the different concentrations of manganese can influence wheat root growth.With the treatment at 1.5mg/L manganese concentration,the length,fresh weight and dry weight of root increased by 15.30%,29.10%,30.46% respectively more than the controlled one.The root activity,SOD and POD activities also increased by 33.99%,19.88%,36....
