摘要
研究了不同浓度的铅(Pb2+)对无齿蚌(Anodonta woodiana)肝脏和肌肉超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响.结果表明:在Pb2+浓度低于0.5 mg/L时对肝脏SOD活性起诱导作用,在Pb2+浓度低于0.7 mg/L时对肌肉SOD活性起诱导作用,最大值出现在0.2 mg/L附近;而高浓度Pb2+(高于0.7 mg/L)对SOD起抑制作用.灵敏度结果显示,低浓度Pb2+胁迫下(0.1 mg/L),肝脏SOD的诱导倍数高于肌肉.无齿蚌肝脏SOD对水环境中的重金属反应敏感,对重金属的早期污染有指示作用.
Effects of different levels of Pb2+ on activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the liver and muscle of Anodonta woodiana were studied.It was found that the activities of SOD were enhanced when the concentrations of Pb2+ were low(less than 0.5 mg/L in liver and 0.7 mg/L in muscle),and were restrained at the high level(more than 0.7 mg/L).At low concentrations of Pb2+(0.1 mg/L),the delicacy of SOD in the liver is higher than that in the muscle.The results revealed that the activity of SOD in the liver of A...
