摘要
荧光原位杂交技术自产生之日起,由于具有其他技术所不具有的优越性,因此发展迅速,应用极为广泛。本文综述了荧光原位杂交技术的产生、基本过程、基本方法、优点及在基因定位中的主要应用。
From the production of fluorescence in situ hybridization,its development is rapid and its application is extremely broad because of having the advantage that other technologies do not have.This paper reviews the fluorescence in situ hybridization with the production,basic process,basic method,advantage and the main application to location of gene.
