摘要
为了准确预测肾移植患者服用他克莫司之后的血药浓度,本研究利用LIBSVM软件包建立了以性别、年龄、体重、移植天数、相关生化指标、药剂量等作为输入因子的支持向量机回归预测模型。同时结合收集整理的服用他克莫司的肾移植患者相关数据进行实验,最终结果显示支持向量回归预测模型的精确度能达到75.00%,表明支持向量机回归模型在血药浓度上能取得良好的预测效果,有很好的应用前景。
To predict the tacrolimus blood concentration of kidney transplantation patients,with the help of LIBSVM software package,we built a regression forecast model of support vector machine(SVR),which has gender,age,weight, implanting days,related biochemical indicators and the doses of drug as input factors.Then we did experiments with dates of kidney transplantation patients who have taken the tacrolimus,The result shows that the precision of SVR model is 75.00% at least,which indicates that the SVR model show...
