摘要
高频低载振动能够对抗骨质疏松这一理论已经得到国内外学者的初步认可,我们选取大鼠为实验动物,探索高频低载振动对周围神经系统的影响。选取6月龄Wistar大鼠36只,分为6组:基础对照组,持续振动组,间歇振动1、35、7、d组。全部大鼠均切除双侧卵巢,建立去势骨质疏松模型。术后1周进行持续与间歇的高频低载振动试验(频率35 Hz,加速度0.25 g,每天振动15 min),分别在实施振动8周和12周时两次活体测量大鼠坐骨神经电图。结果表明:各组大鼠神经电图波幅差异不大;对神经电图潜速率比较可知:8周时持续振动组潜速率出现下降现象;12周时除持续组外,间歇振动7 d组和5 d组也出现下降现象。说明长时间的振动对神经影响较大,因此振动治疗周期不宜过长,积极寻找合适的间歇振动周期是十分必要的。
