摘要
诸城市公安局根据上级公安机关的要求,立足基层公安工作和队伍建设实际,创立并推行了既管队伍又促工作的警务工作数字化管理的长效机制,实现了民警考核网络化,考核内容标准化,考核程序规范化,考核计分科学化,考核监督多元化,有力地提升了队伍正规化建设水平。
To meet the requirements of higher public security organizations, Zhucheng Public Security Bureau has created and carried out a digital system. Based on the grassroots public security work and the need of building better police troops, this system can not only administer the police officers but also improve the efficiency of managing police work. It makes the assessment of the police digitized, the contents and procedures of assessment standardized, the marking of the assessment scientific and the supervision of the assessment comprehensive. Consequently it greatly upraised the level of building regularized police troops.
